Bicycling to the Ecolodge

To encourage all  potential ecolodge visitors who would like to reduce their carbon footprint and leave the car at home, we are offering a 10% discount  on booking fees if you travel by train and bike to the Eco-lodge for your short break or holiday.

The Ecolodge is 10 miles from the train station at Boston, so this is not for the feint hearted or those with young children.

Trains to Boston are run by Central Networks and there are through trains from Nottingham, Derby and  points further west. Visitors from the North or South can travel by GNER and change at Grantham. An increasing number of trains now take bicycles again.

Once here, there is now a good selection of biking route maps available at the Ecolodge and there are also the longer routes such as the Lincolnshire Cycle trail and the Sustrans Hull- Harwich routes to selectively  travel while you are here.

Transport

Travel by rail or coach to Boston.  Public transport details can be sent with booking. There are taxis at Boston railway and bus stations to get directly to the Ecolodge.

Main roads to Boston include A52 and A16. Maps are sent with bookings.
